Founder & Principal
As a renowned communications consultant and entrepreneur, Jamie Anne Vaughan is sought after for her strategic insight, unconventional specialization and influence.
A multi-passionate professional, she shares her expertise by mentoring emerging entrepreneurs and speaking on behalf of her industry to uplift independence.
Jamie is a sessional instructor at Mount Royal University in the business and communications departments. She holds a BAH from Queen's University and a MBA from Dalhousie University.
DELANEY KAMINSKI
Account Manager
With an applied degree in Public Relations from Mount Royal University, Delaney spent the early years of her career focused on internal corporate communications in Calgary. After a career break to raise a family, Delaney restarted her career as a freelancer and now works directly with Westwood clients where she focuses on communication strategy, social media management, and copywriting.
MADISSON BALDWIN
Communications Coordinator
Madisson manages and supports client accounts in various sectors including non-profit, real estate, technology, education and health and wellness. She has a Bachelor of Communications degree with a major in public relations and a minor in finance from Mount Royal University, where she maintained a spot on the president’s honour roll for all four years. In her free time, she enjoys reading, hot yoga and taking road trips through the mountains.
